Pharmacy Weight Loss Hessle is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Hessle and surrounding areas in the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK pharmaceutical regulations.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete health information during your consultation. Our services are not available to individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or where treatment is otherwise clinically contraindicated.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services at any time if we reasonably believe that treatment is not appropriate or safe for you. A valid UK address is required for delivery.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our registered prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist will review your consultation before approving any order.
You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and relevant health history. Providing false or incomplete information may affect your safety and is a breach of these terms. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from information you have withheld.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder and that the details provided are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to Royal Mail or courier schedules and may be affected by factors outside our control, including public holidays.
You are responsible for ensuring that a valid and secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, a re-delivery charge may apply.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under UK pharmaceutical regulations, as medication cannot be resold once dispensed.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.
Our services are intended to complement, not replace, your regular medical care. The information provided through our platform is for general guidance only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or specialist.
If you experience any adverse effects after taking medication, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. In an emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department. Please also inform your GP that you are receiving treatment through our service.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. To exercise your data rights, please contact us directly.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
